With a decade of experience in the financial industry as an Administrative Assistant, Bernadine brings a wealth of skills and dedication to supporting executive leadership. She joined Redwood Capital as the Executive Assistant to the Founder, where she ensures the founder can stay focused on big-picture goals without worrying about backend operations.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Bernadine has experience in operations, recruitment, HR, and people management. She thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments and is passionate about personal development and helping Filipinos embark on their work-from-home journeys.

Bernadine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management, from Centro Escolar University, Mendiola, Manila, Philippines. Outside of work, you can find her singing and playing the guitar, blending her love for music with her zest for life.
